Natural Fertility Therapist Kent and East Sussex

I am a Natural Fertility Therapist and Counsellor, I believe nutrition, stress relief, lifestyle changes and emotional support can influence fertility. I feel it is important to take into consideration one's whole self in relation to fertility issues. Often when a person experiences fertiltiy problems they look at these areas in isolation, trying each one in turn. I believe it is vital to look at them all at the same time, often making minor changes in several areas which in turn gives your body the best chance to accept a pregnancy. I am based in Tunbridge Wells and Peasmarsh, I also undertake teephone consultations.

A study conducted by the University of Surrey showed that couples with a history of infertility who made changes in their lifestyle, diet and took nutritional supplements had an 80 percent success rate.

On a personal note I had difficulties conceiving both of my children but after going down the Natural Fertility route and looking at advice from people such as Zita West and Marilyn Glenville I feel very blessed as I now have 2 beautiful boys.

My Natural Fertility Clinic is based in Peasmarsh, on the border of East Sussex and Kent, I also work at the South East Fertility Clinic in Tunbridge Wells where I am their nominated counsellor.
